Is cream cheese good for you?

So is cream cheese good for you? Well as you can see from the data on this page, there are significantly fewer calories in fat free cream cheese, than to those in the full fat version. There is obviously more fat in the former as well as cholesterol and sodium, making it less appealing for these three reasons.
